Sambar Vada is a traditional South Indian breakfast and snack that has become a beloved dish at Royal India Express. Our authentic recipe begins with urad dal (black lentils), which we carefully soak and grind to create a smooth, fluffy batter. The batter is then mixed with finely chopped onions, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves, creating a flavorful base for our crispy vada (lentil fritters).
